150+ years of experience: Our engineering and management professional average 15 years of experience in medical device manufacturing and our production operators are among the most skilled and experienced in the business.


Ronald A. Williams, Ph.D., Chairman, Dr. Williams has more than 35 years experience in the medical device business including research, product development, manufacturing, and general management. He began his career as researcher at Battelle Memorial Institute and over the years has held senior management positions at Baxter International, DLP, Inc., and Medtronic, Inc. He holds B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical /Biomedical engineering from Penn State University, is a registered Professional Engineer, and has over 15 patents on various medical devices.

Christopher R. Williams, President, Chris holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, and an MBA, both from the University of Michigan. Mr. Williams' professional experience includes Ford Motor Company in Engineering, DLP, Inc. in new product development, and Medtronic, Inc. as New Venture Manager. He was a founder and president of a retail product development and distribution company. He has over 15 years experience in medical product design, development and manufacturing and holds several patents in the field.

Rajesh U. Kothari, CFA, Board of Directors, Mr. Kothari is a managing director and founder of Seneca Health Partners, and has spent his career analyzing, and structuring transactions in both the public and private markets. His firm also manages Seneca Health Partners, a medically focused venture capital fund. He currently serves on the boards of several medically oriented firms and venture capital associations, and he is active in a number of professional organizations. Mr. Kothari holds BA and MBA degrees from the University of Michigan.


Sean Callaghan, VP of Operations, Sean holds a Plastics Technology Degree from Ferris State University, a B.S. in Operations Management, and an MBA from Central Michigan University. Sean's experience includes nine years as manager of the DLP/Medtronic Grand Rapids molding and distribution facility, and more recently was responsible for Lacks Industries' wheel manufacturing operations.

John Kotwick, Director of QA/RA,  John holds a B.S. in Mathematics, an M.S. in Human Physiology, and an M.S.E. in Mechanical Engineering, all obtained at Wayne State University. John‘s experience includes Product Development and QA/RA management at companies such as Bissell Healthcare, Bristol Meyers Squibb, and Medtronic.

Joe Szyperski, Engineering Manager, Joe holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from GMI Engineering and Management Institute (now Kettering University). Joe has spent over 20 years in engineering and manufacturing disciplines with a majority of that time relating to medical devices such as defibrillators, cardiac surgical devices and related components and assemblies. Joe's experience since 2001 has centered around the manufacturing and assembly of injection molded, medical device components.
